Santee resident Sandy Rose Bauler is one of these special people. This busy wife, former foster parent and mother of four works full time and is a tireless volunteer educating the community about drugs, alcohol and car safety. In her spare time she racesstockcars, is an instructor at Drive Tech Racing Schools. She·s also a motivational speaker, with topics such as ·The Art of Believing,· ·Passion and Purpose· and ·Car Sense.· She also participates on numerous advisory boards including the San Diego Chapter of MADD, which sponsors CREW MADD family-friendly racing events.
